Why Attend?
In this class you will learn the fundamentals and basic principles of project management as a leader. Master the five key elements and the flow of a project; including initiation, planning, monitoring, controlling and completion.

After the course, you will be able to create and execute project work plans, define project scope and deliverables, determine project resources and staffing requirements, set project milestones, develop budget proposals, and successfully close a variety of projects.

Gord Gibben is president and lead instructor for GPM Training Solutions Ltd. specializing in project management training for corporate clients. Gord teaches project management courses at Red River College and is a highly interactive and energetic instructor. One of Gord’s strengths is his ablility to relate real world experience to classroom theory.
