Hacking Health started last November and has since spread to cities across Canada and the world, creating projects that touch every area of health care.
“The coming together of these communities has incredible potential and we’re so excited to see what projects come out of this Hackathon weekend,” said Kevin Hnatiuk, executive director of New Media Manitoba.
The event also promotes emerging start-up businesses and sparks job creation in the industry.
