An Introduction to Succession Planning

WHY ATTEND?

Succession planning is a process for identifying and developing internal people with the potential to fill key business leadership positions in the company.

You’ll learn the steps involved with succession planning, the difference between performance and potential, and the best practices for establishing a succession plan for your organization. You’ll also learn to create “talent maps” for your team, and subsequent action plans based on the results.

An Introduction to Succession Planning is part of LSAM’s Leadership Development series. This single class is an effective and useful standalone for anyone in a leadership role -- regardless of experience.
Workshop includes snacks.
