Now in its 10th year of success, BioPartnering North America will build on strong relationships in these regions, to focus more clearly on the Pacific Rim. Vancouver is well placed to provide this crossroads, where pharma companies from around the world can access new business opportunities. With strong support from trade associations in Asia, Europe, North America, and elsewhere, together with creative input from our Advisory Boards, we are planning to take BPN to a higher level, and this year’s theme indicates this shift in emphasis: Growing Life Science Business in the Pacific Rim.

Asia is now the fastest growing region in the world. Asia is an important part of the Pacific Rim, with large Asian economies in China, India, Japan and Korea, together with the United States and Canada in North America. All of the world looks to these countries for markets, capital, skilled people, and innovation.
