Building Resilient Teams

February 4, 2016 iCal

Time: 8:30 a.m - 4:00 p.m.
Location: Centro Caboto Centre

WHY ATTEND?

Good teams have characteristics such as trust, respect, clarity, flexibility, tradition, innovation, and a sense of fun. Resilient teams not only have these characteristics, but they also have the ability to navigate and bounce back from difficult moments.

This session introduces participants to the attitudes, skills, and processes needed to equip leaders
and teams with the ability to effectively navigate challenging situations. Learn to quickly recover from conflict in ways that build team resilience.

Each participant will receive a mini folder with a set of durable postcards and a brief handout that covers the session’s key concepts and models.
